Melinda Blount
Practice Manager
Our patients will always be my favorite part of dentistry. My biggest reward is being able to help them renew their smile, and helping figure out how to make that happen. I manage all of our dental offices, staffing, and patient treatment coordination.
My dental field career started in 1992. I have a business management degree, along with having completed a dental assisting program. I have also attended many dental-related training courses. I have been with Bay Implant & Perio since its opening. I love that our doctors truly care about their team and patients. Our office is like one big family, and we make sure our patients get the best care possible.
Originally from Wheelersburg, Ohio, I love living in the Panama City area. Stan, my husband, is the perfect man for me. We enjoy time with our sons, bonus daughter, and their families. Our ten grandchildren are the best part of any day! I also enjoy church activities, reading, crafting, and watching sports, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes and any team my grandchildren play on!

Born and raised in Panama City, I grew up in Lynn Haven! I was initially in the medical field for many years and enjoyed my time there. However, the opportunity presented itself, and I jumped headfirst into dentistry with our amazing doctors here!
I started with two daughters, and then in 2015, I married my husband Tim and gained three more wonderful children! Now I have been fortunate enough to have six grandkids. I love to cook great meals, and I love gardening, but most importantly, I love to host and spend quality time with family and friends — especially on Fridays when Tim and I host our weekly game nights!
